Catching up

Dear Reader,
I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately, life has been a little more hectic than usual. But these are returning to normal. I have one dear, dear friend recovering from heart surgery, she is doing awesome by the way. And another dear dear friend who just had her first baby. A very handsome boy named Noah. Mother, Father and baby are doing great! Noah was a very healthy 11 lbs when he was born. And he received his first knitted items in the mail this week!
Work has begun on Christmas in earnest. So far one scarf done, but a reception/dinner has popped up for which I need a little cardi, by the 13th so I will be finishing the back and starting the left front panel for that tonight. Then onto a matching had for said completed scarf.
If you aren't already a fan of NH Knitting Mama , you need to go over and check out her shop update! Very pretty yarns to get you started on your holiday knitting!
If your a spinner and need of roving, check out the Stitches and Stories shop , we have some lovely roving.

Have some fiber fun!

Don't You Just Love Fall

The air is smells clean, just humid and muggy. The evenings stars are more visible, less haze in the sky. The leaves are starting to turn and fall to the ground. And we turn out heads and hands to Christmas knitting!
Seriously, is Christmas only 97 days and 15 hours away?! Time to hit the booster rocket on those turbo needles!

Stay tuned.....
